Job Description:
A full-time position is available for a Community Outreach Mother (Community Worker) who will assist a Registered Nurse in making home visits and follow up visits to women, babies and families in the Hispanic community. The Community Outreach Mother will assist families with locating resources, obtaining regular medical care and meeting transportation and other needs. Persons applying must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
